SMS Terms of Service
By providing your phone number to FireFly Automatix and consenting to receive text messages from us through one of our web forms or other authorized opt-in methods, you agree to these SMS Terms of Service. These Terms are in addition to (and incorporated into) our Privacy Statement.
1. SMS consent communication
Consent and phone numbers are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
The information (phone numbers and opt-in records) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes, sold, leased, or otherwise transferred to entities outside FireFly Automatix or its directly-engaged service providers required to deliver the SMS service (for example, our SMS delivery provider RingCentral).
FireFly Automatix uses RingCentral as its A2P 10DLC messaging provider. RingCentral is contractually bound by data processing terms that prohibit secondary use of consent data.
We do not share consent or phone numbers collected in connection with SMS marketing with third parties for their marketing purposes.
2. Types of SMS messages you may receive
If you have consented to receive text messages from FireFly Automatix, you may receive the following four categories of messages (verbatim from attorney v3, Dec 5, 2025):
Conversational
Customer service and support
Promotions and marketing (only if opted in to receive this category)

3. Message frequency
Per attorney v3:
- Conversational and customer service: “The frequency of other messages will depend on how often you contact us for customer service and support.”
- Promotions and marketing: “you may receive up to four promotions and marketing text messages per month if you have opted in to receive them.”
- Marketing communications: “The frequency of marketing messages typically shall be, on average, less than one message per week.”
4. Potential fees for SMS messaging
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates may apply to all messages you send or receive, depending on your wireless carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
FireFly Automatix does not charge any additional fee for SMS messaging.
