Welcome to the FireFly Automatix consumer privacy rights request portal. This form allows you to submit certain data rights requests. Depending on your state or country of residence, you may have certain rights, including the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, or various other rights as indicated below. Please use the form below or call us at +1 888-700-6086 (from within the US) to exercise any of these rights. There may be other rights granted by various laws, that are not applicable to FireFly, and we do not process data in that manner (such as opting out of automated decision-making which have significant legal or other effects) and accordingly, those rights are not listed below.

When you reach FireFly’s privacy line, you will hear the following greeting:

Hi, welcome to the FireFly Automatix privacy request system. In this system, you have the ability to opt-out of sharing of your personal information, request copies of your personal information or categories of your personal information, request the deletion of your personal information, and request the correction of your personal information.

If you are requesting copies of your personal information, please indicate that in your message and provide your full name, email address, phone number, and address we have on file for you. For a deletion request, please indicate that you are requesting your right to delete all information that FireFly has on you, along with your full name, email address, phone number, and address that we have on file for you. For a correction request, please indicate that you are requesting your right to correct, along with your full name, email address, phone number, and address that we have on file for you.

For opt-out of sharing requests, please indicate that you wish to opt-out of future sharing of your personal information and provide your email address that we have on file for you. Once we have received your request, we will follow up with an email to the email you provide, so please watch your email for instructions on how to validate your identity.
